P. N. Nageshwaran, Founder & CEO: “Well, my grandfather inspired me to travel, he took me on long train journeys, we visited many places in India and as I grew older, the more passionate I became about travel.
It is this passion that led to the founding of Incent in 1982 and for over 37 years, Incent has been running Incentive trips on the Indian subcontinent, be it organising breakfast in the Himalayas, a customised camp in the desert, a night in a Maharajas Palace in Rajasthan, or perhaps a little more outrageously organising a Jazz concert on the Kerala backwaters, when not chasing Tigers on elephant backs, these are some of our modest accomplishments.”
