Villa Rosa is a luxurious villa overlooking St. George’s bay and set on the hillside on the outskirts of Paceville, Malta’s prime entertainment area. The Villa is set in its own grounds with its own private swimming pool.
The Villa Rosa site is one of the last green enclaves in the St Julians area, combining a scheduled building and ecological oasis, which not only provides an essential green lung for the area but also constitutes a potential attraction as it is. The site includes an old palazzo which is a Grade 1 scheduled building therefore its gardens are also protected by Malta’s Heritage Act: Many of the trees in this wooded site are protected by virtue of their age and species; moreover they serve to reduce air pollution in this congested area.
With a capacity of 500 persons (outside) or 200 persons (inside) for a Welcome standup buffet or alternatively Gala Dinners for 200 persons in the magnificent gardens around the pool area, Villa Rosa stands out as a perfect multi-purpose venue.
The venue is within 150 – 300 metres walking distance from the island’s major 5-star hotels located in St George’s Bay.
